Match - Cut out 2 sets of circles from cardboard, foam
sheets, etc. Decorate to look like cookies with a
letter on each cookie. Children match cookie
letters together and signal/sound. |

Cones and cubes: Look at the 2D paper shapes of
the
paper cone and
paper cube. Lead discussion to compare
them to ice cream cones and number cubes
(dice) that the children are familiar with. Fold
the 2D shapes into the 3D shapes and find new shapes.
